Your new home is now finished, and your builder has advised you that everything is completed and ready for hand over to you. But you are not sure exactly what to look for or check, then you need a Hand-Over Inspection. We will come out to your new home and do a full and thorough inspection of your new home. With an eye for detail, the inspector will go over the home top to bottom, giving you a detailed report of any item that may be needing rectification. A home is constructed using hundreds of people, and there is always bound to be some minor defects, by having a full inspection and report completed for you, you can then pass this onto your builder, requesting that the items be rectified with-in your warranty period.
